PASS Soccer Terms & Conditions -

  • Pass Soccer reserves the right to remove from our sessions, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • PASS Soccer requires that you declare ALL of your child's medical conditions during your booking on ClassForKids and inform us by email/text message, should this change on 07876550076 or Team-pass@live.co.uk alongside updating yourself on ClassForKids.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made & received. Paid spaces will be given priority on a first come first served basis.
  • Payment must be made prior to first session, PASS Soccer hold the right to turn you away if this is not fulfilled.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to sessions if they have had any form of illness within the last 48 hours.
  • We DO NOT issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
  • We DO offer refunds for missed sessions due to exceptional circumstances.
  • If a session is missed due to bad weather, PASS Soccer will offer an additional session at a later date to make up for the missed session.
  • All player & parents, when booking one of our sessions, agrees to conduct themselves in the correct way, as per FA Guidelines. PASS Coaches hold the right to remove any parent/player they feel is not upholding this agreement.
  • PASS Soccer has a zero tolerance to negative parent interference during our sessions. Any parent deemed to be excessively interfering during a session will be asked to leave the premises.
  • PASS Soccer accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury in our sessions to any of the spectators or participants unless loss, damage or injury can be shown to be a direct result of negligence by a PASS Soccer coach.
  • PASS Soccer may use photography/footage of all participants unless told otherwise by parent/guardian via email, text or directly to one of the coaches. This must also be included when booking through ClassForKids and stated clearly when booking.
  • PASS Soccer reserve the right to refuse player participation if the player does not have the correct equipment required for the session. (Shin pads, footwear etc.).
  • I authorise PASS Soccer to perform any minor medical treatment my child may need during a session.
  • After booking a PASS Soccer session through ClassForKids, you agree to allow PASS Soccer to withhold your contact details & information.
